"I can’t believe the experience I just had with the manager, Connie, at the granite bay location. I needed 10 kids meals for a memorial service lunch (kids don’t like paella apparently) to be delivered the next day and Connie spent a solid hour helping me get the order and delivery just right. Seriously, the best customer service I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond in every way possible. Just amazing."

The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. The customer service is outstanding—fast, courteous, and professional. All team members are excellent, but I would especially like to commend Justin for his exceptional service. He is attentive, friendly, and makes sure everything is just right. His professionalism truly enhances the overall experience. I visit this location regularly for lunch, and it consistently meets high standards. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality food and excellent service."

"The spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is superb! The chicken is so juicy & tender and the spice amount is just right! The lines are unfortunately extremely long if you go through the drive however I always place a mobile order and it’s usually ready within 5 minutes of me getting there."

"This chick-fil-A location is fantastic! Not only are my family and I frequent visitors here and everything has always been great, but earlier this week I attempted to place an order in advance for a school sporting event and after realizing I had not created my order correctly, the store manager went out of her way to call me back and work with me (including several text messages) until it was correct! She also encouraged me to download the app and create an account as my order was going to generate a ton of points; I now can get like three free sides or beverages or a free deluxe sandwich just from that one order! The initial representative I worked with on the order was also super helpful as well. As a result of the excellent customer service, the pick-up by another party was easy and everything was perfect.
